Giant Pheochromocytoma

A 55-year-old female presented with an incidentally detected 15 cm right adrenal mass, causing displacement of the liver, kidney, and hemidiaphragm while compressing the IVC. Despite elevated metanephrines and normetanephrine levels, she was normotensive with occasional night-time headaches.
